Neglect

This summer has been a blast. I'll do a quick run down since I have been neglecting the blog world. Sorry Amy.

This was our first trip of the Summer in Park City

Bent and Char having a fun time in the crib.
Ya they didn't know I was taking the picture. But don't they look so cute.

The second trip is with my family Camping at the Meadows.

These are my parents who think they are kids. But are way fun!

My Family playing in the ice cold water!

My Cute little Char Char who is the funnies baby ever!
And Happies Day ever when Chris's friends came home from their mission. Kelly Stratford and Jordan Nicholls.
All these things were the highlight of our Summer, which has been a great Summer!

May

May went by very fast. As well as our First Year Anniverary. Me and Chris went up to Park City and stayed in the Mountain Ridge resort. It was a great time we relaxed, ate and shopped. Every girls dream.

Happy Anniversary Honey!

My Love!

This little girl is the love of my life! She is the cutest little girl that everyone could ever wish for. Watching her grow up is the best thing. She is getting a personality now which is so hillarious.

Double the trouble. Me and Bent enjoying out time together. We had the greatest time.

Bent and Bud playing instead of sleeping. She was so excited and hyper when Bud came home.

Look how big she is getting now. Growing cuter and cuter everyday. Thanks Linds and Brady for bringing this special girl into this world.

Thank Goodness!

As you know school is over! I've been waiting for this moment for a long time. Its such a relief when you walk out of that class room for the last time such a stress reliever.

Now my summer will consist of babysitting my favorite boys! (Jackson & Charlie), helping out my young womens, and family vacations. Oh ya and working. This is going to be a great summer. Now all I have to do is work on my tan and enjoy this summer until I have to hit the books again.

Update

Sorry I've been neglecting the blog world. A lot of things have been happening this past month. Chris having his surgery for the second time because the Doctor messed up or in his words "his plate was loose". BS! But he looks so much better, and is himself  besides his poor little mouth and his scrony body.

Also school is almost over. Thank Goodness! Its been a long semester.  Three more weeks left then here comes summer.

The best part of this month is watching the cutest boys in the whole wide world! Going every tuesday and thurdays and seeing Jackson jumping up and down watching mou mou or Ta Ta and making you go right up to the TV and sing the lovely songs that get stuck in your head till the next day, and Charlie sitting there is his bouncer smiling when you make faces at him showing his whole mouth when he smiles. They are so fun to watch and be around. The best part is nap time, just lately, when Jackson is so tired that if you put a pillow on the ground or on your lap and he falls asleep. So peaceful and cute.

Poor Baby!

As you all know Chris had surgery on his mouth. We started getting into this a while ago but just barely got it done. We never thought it would be so horrible as we had planned. Friday, February 28Th we went into Primary Children's Hospital at 6:00 AM, left our home at 5:00 AM, oh ya not to mention the day before they told us that he had to do some blood work and the only place we could get it done was at Primary Children's so we went down there at 6:00 PM and got home around 8:00 PM, then our great Bishopric came and have Chris a wonderful blessing, that we appreciate so deeply. So at the Hospital we did all the paper work then when it was time for Chris to get the IV injected into his arm, Yup I stepped out. That is the worst thing in the whole wide world. Just the sight of needles gives me a heebi geebies! Then we went into another room where the Doctors came and talked to us. One great new the Doctor told us was that he didn't have to break Chris's bottom jaw. We were so thrilled! Because that means more food for Bud to eat and not having it wired shut. Well Chris went into to surgery at 7:30 AM and me I sat with all the other parents in the waiting room and watched them come in and out as the day went on. Texting to everyone every two hours after I got the update from the nurse saying how Chris is doing. Then I got the news at 2:00 PM that the surgery went well and that I will be able to see him in about 45 torturous minutes.

When I finally saw him he looked so sad, and helpless, and there was nothing I could do along with the other 4 days we were there. The fluids were the worst. He had the worst stomach aches and felt so nausiated that made him even weaker also the tube in his nose that irritated him so. I was so heart broken and frustrated because I couldn't do anything to make it go away. After all the annoying nurses and the Cafateria food and sleeping on that hard chair bed, Bud made himself a little stronger just so he could get home. On Tuesday, March 4Th in the after noon we were on our way home. I could already see the improvement right when we got home.

Its been 4 days since he has been home and the nausia has gone away, he has eaten more and is a lot happier.

We like to thank everyone who has helped us through this rough time. We love everyone of you guys.

The first time I saw him. :(

When we got home, and still looking better everyday.

All Grown Up!

Yep its Buds Birthday today! He a big 21! The age where you can drink go gambling and party the night away or just until bed time 10:00 pm. Yup we're light weights. It seems just like yesterday he was crawling around the floor like a baby. (oh wait that was yesterday). I love every minute with bud. He is one of a kind.
Thing that make Bud so wonderful
  • He's loves unconditionally
  • Very smart
  • Willing to help
  • A little OCD (as you know but that's wonderful also)
  • Loves his niece and nephews so much
  • Funny
  • All around great guy

Aslo a great son, husband, brother and friend. Thanks Ann for bringing your wonderful son into this world.

Happy Birthday Bud. I hope you enjoy your special day! I Love You!
